Interested in doing summer research at Rutgers University in the fields of science and engineering? The RISE internship provides: housing and travel reimbursement, a research stipend, professional development, GRE prep, networking with Rutgers faculty and graduate programs, filed trips to technology companies, and conference opportunities.
UMBC McNair Alumni Bianca M. West (REM 210) and Immanuel J. Williams (REM 17) participated in the RISE Summer Research Program at Rutgers University and came back to UMBC on October 27, 2014 to tell students about their experiences.
Eligible student are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, currently a sophomore, junior, or non-graduating senior, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
