The Staff Outreach Committee of the Professional Staff Senate is looking for a few new members to plan events for staff on campus! Many events for the fall have been suggested, and planning is underway for functions like:
- Pre-Game Celebration before Men's Soccer Game (10/19)
- Meet and Greet with Interim Provost Rous
- Healthy Lunch Ideas
- Cell Phone Drive as Community Service
This is a great opportunity to meet others on campus and serve in a small role, giving back to the staff community at UMBC. If you've ever wondered about the PSS, it's a fun way to begin thinking about becoming a senator!
