President Hrabowski is delivering this year's Capps Lecture on Friday, Nov. 8, in Birmingham, Ala., at the annual conference of the Federation of State Humanities Councils. The lecture is named in honor of Congressman Walter Capps, a former chair of the Federation's board of directors.
