AccessLex Institute is pleased to announce the new application cycle for LexPreLaw.
- This pathway program, offered at no cost and designed specifically for students from diverse backgrounds, offers LSAT prep, admission counseling, financial education, and engagement opportunities to increase their chances of law school admission.
- In 2023, LexPreLaw will enroll 125 aspiring lawyers who
already possess or will obtain a bachelor's degree by August 2024 and who plan
to seek law school admission for the Fall 2024 entering class.
Join AccessLex on February 16 at 1:00 pm EST for a free informational webinar, The Who, What, Where, When, and Why of LexPreLaw to explore the program's eligibility requirements, program components, and participant selection details.

Virginia Diversity Day is a partnership between the Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University, Liberty University School of Law, Regent University School of Law, University of Richmond School of Law, Washington and Lee University School of Law, and the William & Mary Law School to promote diversity in schools across the Commonwealth.
Virginia Diversity Day 2023 will take place on Saturday, January 28 from 11:00 AM to 3:00pm with an optional Logic Games Immersion session offered an hour earlier for those closer to the point of taking the LSAT.
The event will be conducted over Zoom.
The event is free and open to all prospective students interested in law.

Who Is Eligible for CLEO CONNECTION?
College freshmen, juniors, seniors and post-graduates who plan to apply to law school. Students can attend one, all, or as many of the monthly sessions as they would like (see schedule below).
What Is CLEO CONNECTION?
A series of monthly (1x per month) topic-focused workshops. CLEO Connection is designed for maximum student interaction and Q&A in order to help pre-law students not only increase their law school preparation skills but to help build a lasting support system with peers and professionals.

There are certain skills the legal profession requires: being a strong communicator, a problem-solver, and a self-starter, among others. But building these foundations doesn't happen overnight, or even while you're in law school. In this workshop, we'll examine these foundations, the ways they'll be used in practice, and the ways you can refine them now and in the future.
Through a combination of rich conversation, thought-provoking questions, and meaningful exercises, you should walk away from this workshop with a tangible plan for how to improve your foundational skill set.
