First, there will be a panel discussion featuring admissions staff from all the law schools on 1) navigating law school application components; 2) why law in the DMV; and 3) advice for underclassmen. 

Then, each school will have a separate drop-in Zoom room where you can ask all of your burning questions to the admissions staff.

The UMBC Expungement Clinic will help Marylanders with prior criminal charges obtain free legal guidance and expungement services (if eligible), easing their path to attaining housing and employment.

Student volunteers will get to meet and work with volunteer attorneys and Maryland Legal Aid staff, and assist with the process of helping members of the community expunge their records. 

To maximize the overall number of student participants, students may volunteer for one shift only.  Space is limited so sign up as soon as possible!

Food will be provided to all volunteers.

Financial barriers and a lack of guidance often prevent underrepresented students from attending law school. 

The PracticePro Pre-Law Diversity Scholarship provides students with the resources to navigate the law school admissions process and prepare for fulfilling legal careers. 

Through the Pre-Law Diversity Scholarship, PracticePro aims to cultivate diverse talent at the earliest stage by helping underrepresented pre-law students secure acceptances to top law schools and prepare for legal recruiting and practice.

The workshop will be conducted by Steve Hayden, a veteran TestMasters instructor with over 12 years of LSAT teaching experience, an official LSAT score of 176, and a J.D. from Boston University. 

Attendees will be challenged with a series of difficult LSAT questions and Steve will share recommended methods for tackling them.
