Mock Entrance Exam for PreMed & PreDent 1/23 After a successful pilot program in January 2023, the PreMedical & PreDental Advising office is excited to announce that we will host a mock entrance exam (MCAT and DAT) event on Tuesday, January 23rd! Due to space limitations, this event is only open to premedical and predental students who intend to apply to professional school in the next application cycle (2024-2025).
Why participate in a mock exam? Taking a high-stakes exam is stressful enough, and there is a lot to remember. A mock exam helps you become a little familiar with the testing environment-- testing in a room where there may be noise or distractions, going through security procedures, taking timed breaks in an efficient manner, etc-- so that the logistics of test day aren't as unfamiliar and mentally taxing.
IMPORTANT: Participants will be required to secure their own practice exam! Students who have not secured their own online practice exam prior to the test date will be unable to participate.
Additional details about this event, including applying to participate, will be shared prior to the winter break. If you will need any accommodations related to a disability, please let us know as early as possible.
