Our PHA Woman of the Month for September is Meghann Ryan!
The PHA Woman of the Month is someone who is active in the PHA community, as well as other organizations. She is someone who has gone above and beyond to accomplish major goals and has been an influential role model to those around her.
Meghann is Parent/Alum Chair, Webmaster, and Basket Bingo Co-Chair for Phi Sigma Sigma. She is president of UMBC's Women's Club Soccer, works as a research assistant at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in the Department of Anatomy and Neurology, and works as an on-campus representative for Windows Ucrew. She is also an Ambassador for UMBC Undergraduate Admissions.
Meghann exemplifies PHA Woman of the Month because she is a leader in several organizations on campus and lives to be involved in different things. She is incredibly motivated and dedicated to school, but still finds the time to work two jobs and balances all of her responsibilities, while still getting good grades. Meghann is one of the hardest workers and she is always there for a sister no matter what. She spent her entire summer creating a new website and helping to create a new image for her chapter, Phi Sigma Sigma. She is an amazing example of what it means to be a Greek woman. She sets the bar high and aims even higher.
