Earlier this year, i3b and The Gathering Space for Spiritual Well-Being were awarded a $30,000 grant from Interfaith America to pioneer innovative Interfaith Programming at UMBC. From this collaboration, two incredible programs have emerged, set to launch in Fall 2024!
1. UMBC Interfaith Fellows Program: Are you passionate about interfaith engagement and eager to make a difference on campus? Don't miss out on this STIPENDED opportunity! The UMBC Interfaith Fellows Program is a year-long fellowship designed to develop student leaders committed to engaging across religious and spiritual traditions. Through a series of weekly meetings and campus-focused projects, participants will gain practical experience and theoretical knowledge to shape campus culture and promote interfaith engagement as a campus norm. 2. Bridge Builders Program: Struggling to navigate conversations about religion and spirituality? Look no further! The UMBC Bridge Builders Program offers a STIPENDED opportunity to enhance your dialogue skills and engage in real-time discussions on pressing global issues related to religion and spirituality. Join a small group of students for a semester-long journey focused on dialogue across differences, identity exploration, and community building.
