Attempt Robbery
Occurred: September 8th, 2012
Time: 8:15p.m.
Location: Westland Boulevard at Maiden Choice Lane (http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl)
On September 8th, 2012 at approximately 8:15p.m. a UMBC student was walking in the area of Westland Boulevard and Maiden Choice Lane in Arbutus when he was approached by a white male between the ages of 15-18, 5 feet 8 inches tall, between 140-150 pound, wearing a red t-shirt and shorts along with 8-9 other young males and one female. The suspect shoved the student and demanded money. The group then surrounded him and proceeded to push and shove him. The victim began to walk away and was struck by a piece of wood which knocked him to the ground causing minor injuries. Immediately report any conduct of a suspicious or unusual nature to police.
