    <div class="html-content"><div>UMBC Retriever Essentials Team is looking for a new <a href="https://my.americorps.gov/mp/listing/viewListing.do?id=86257&amp;fromSearch=true" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA</a> for 2019-2020! <br></div><div><br></div><div><strong><a href="https://my.americorps.gov/mp/listing/viewListing.do?id=86257&amp;fromSearch=true" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">Apply online today!</a> Applications are due before May 15, 2019.</strong></div><div><br></div><div><table width="100%" border="0"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Member Duties :</strong> The second year CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA will implement the current working operation manual to continue streamlining all Retriever Essentials programming, while updating it to ensure needs are met in the most efficient way possible. They will oversee volunteer recruitment and coordination for daily operations of the food pantry, which include: donation collection, inventory, bag packing, and bag delivery. The CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA will also be tasked with developing a fundraising plan in order to raise money to support Retriever Essentials’ proposal for a permanent pantry space on campus. They will also work to develop collaborative partnerships with departments and student groups, as well as the Retrievers Action Committee, on and off campus to provide programming and events around food justice, healthy eating on a budget, and much more.     <div class="html-content"><span><span><span>On Sunday, April 7, 2019 the Event Center will be featuring a sold out concert.</span></span></span><span>  Expect extremely heavy traffic</span><span> back-ups to 95 </span><span>on Campus from </span><span><span>5:00pm to 7:00pm</span></span><span> and then from 10</span><span><span>:00pm to midnight</span></span><span>.  Please follow police directions and use caution.  Expect heavy pedestrian traffic in the area and remember to always yield to pedestrians.  Avoid UMBC Boulevard and utilize alternative entrances/exits such as Hilltop Road, Walker Avenue, and Poplar Avenue.  </span><br><div><span><br></span></div><div><div><span><div><strong>Transit Riders ~</strong></div><div><span>Delays are expected on all transit route during these times.  Due to the expected traffic congestions, UMBC Transit will not service stop #3. Are you looking to be a part of a fun, close-knit team?</span></div><div><span>If you answered YES to any of these questions, a Student Assistant or Tour Guide position could be a good fit for you! <span><span>The Office of Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation is looking for Tour Guides and Student Assistants to join our team for the summer and the 2019-2020 academic year.     <div class="html-content"><div>UMBC Retriever Essentials Team is looking for a new <a href="https://my.americorps.gov/mp/listing/viewListing.do?id=86257&amp;fromSearch=true" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA</a> for 2019-2020! <br></div><div><br></div><div><strong><a href="https://my.americorps.gov/mp/listing/viewListing.do?id=86257&amp;fromSearch=true" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">Apply online today!</a> Applications are due before April 5, 2019.</strong></div><div><br></div><div><table width="100%" border="0"><tbody><tr><td><strong>Member Duties :</strong> The second year CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA will implement the current working operation manual to continue streamlining all Retriever Essentials programming, while updating it to ensure needs are met in the most efficient way possible. They will oversee volunteer recruitment and coordination for daily operations of the food pantry, which include: donation collection, inventory, bag packing, and bag delivery. The CCMA AmeriCorps VISTA will also be tasked with developing a fundraising plan in order to raise money to support Retriever Essentials’ proposal for a permanent pantry space on campus. They will also work to develop collaborative partnerships with departments and student groups, as well as the Retrievers Action Committee, on and off campus to provide programming and events around food justice, healthy eating on a budget, and much more.
