Hello Retrievers,


There is a winter weather advisory in effect across our region, with snowfall expected until 1:00 am, Tuesday, January 16, 2024, with possible accumulation of 3-5 inches of snow. UMBC Transit may be subject to delays, service suspension, or closure depending on road conditions. We will assess road conditions on an hourly basis. For the latest route inclement weather advisories and updates, please check here.

There is a weather advisory in effect across our region with severe rain and wind storms expected between 10 am and 1:00 am today, Tuesday, January 9, 2024, with possible damaging winds of speeds greater than 50 mph. We're preparing for extended power outages and potentially blocked roads by fallen trees.


Depending on road conditions, UMBC Transit may be subject to delays, service suspension, or closure. We will assess road conditions on an hourly basis. For the latest route inclement weather advisories and updates, please check here.

Effective immediately, we have added a new stop at Beechfield Ave. & Colleen Rd. to serve our community better. This new stop is strategically located to provide convenient access for residents in the Caral Gardens Apartments & Townhomes and Williston Townhomes neighborhood.



The introduction of this stop reflects our commitment to enhancing the accessibility and convenience of our transportation services. We understand the importance of providing reliable transportation options for our residents, and adding this stop aims to simplify your daily commute and improve overall accessibility to essential services.

Whether you're a commuter or a resident in the Caral Gardens Apartments & Townhomes and Williston Townhomes community, this new stop is designed to make your walk to the bus shorter and more convenient.
