There will be a minor Penn Line schedule change on Monday, January 8.. Amtrak is modifying their train schedules, which requires MARC to make a few minor adjustments. Temporary Transit Route Changes - Sunday, December 3, 2023
Girls on the Run 5K Event ~ 8:30am thru 11:00am
Dear Retrievers,
We hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you about an upcoming event impacting our transit services on Sunday morning, December 3, 2023. UMBC Event Conference is hosting "Girls on the Run" 5K on the main campus, attracting approximately 2000 participants. To prioritize the safety of the runners, specific areas of the campus will be closed to vehicular traffic between 9:30 am and 11:00 am.
All UMBC Transit routes between 8:30 am and 11:30 am will start and end in the
Stadium Lot to accommodate this event. Please refer to the attached map for details on the adjusted pickup and drop-off locations during this period.
We understand that these temporary changes may affect your travel plans, and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time. Our team is committed to minimizing disruptions and ensuring a smooth transit experience for all riders.

Bus Tracker (Transloc) Not In Service
All Routes Running On Time
Due to a system outage with our bus tracking partner, the Transloc system is currently out of service for both Transit and our rider app.
We are working with Transloc to have service restored as soon as possible but in the meantime there is no impact to our regularly scheduled routes and all buses are running on time.
