Reminder: Fall 2017 Effort Certifications due Feb 28, 2018

THIS IS A 2ND REQUEST
Thank You to everyone that has successfully certified their Effort Report(s).
If you have not certified your Effort Report(s), Please make the time in the upcoming days to review and certify your Fall 2017 Effort Report(s).
This is a reminder that Effort Reports for Fall 2017 are available and ready for certification. The Fall 2017 period includes Payroll 2018001 through Payroll 2018014 (from June 25, 2017, through January 06, 2018). Please be advised that the certification due date has been accelerated in an effort to properly prepare for the upcoming PeopleSoft System Upgrade. Therefore, the Fall 2017 Effort Report Certifications are due February 28, 2018.
Please remember that Effort Reports are both a Compliance Tool and a Grants Management Tool. Please review the current payroll charges and process any required payroll transfers (Retro's) prior to certification of the Effort Report.
I have attached the Effort Report Quick Reference Guide with screen shots for your convenience. This guide provides instructions on how to access the Effort Reports. If you experience problems with access, PeopleSoft security or system issues, please contact me immediately. In addition, Effort Report
training is available upon request and can be provided at your
location...please contact me to schedule training or if you need
assistance.
