- Be an ACTIVE, PAID NSBE member (membership is only $15 annually).
- You can register via www.nsbe.org.
- Submit your transcript for GPA confirmation to World Head Quaters (Fall 2010 or LATER).
- Unofficial transcripts can be emailed to scholarships@nsbe.org.
