These seminars are a valuable planning tool for all eligible members and their spouses, provided by the MD State Pension Agency via the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). Employees who attend should be within 8 years of retiring.

They've experienced trauma that's continuing to impact them and as their parents, you've been witnessing this first-hand.  Social anxiety, depression, isolation, mood swing...or perhaps your kid seems too OK for everything they've experienced.  You're not alone and there are steps you can take to spot the signs, talk to your kids and get them support.

The first system-wide Administrative Professionals Conference was well received, and well attended. UMBC had the second highest attendance of the event! Go UMBC!
