TO CREATE EQUITABLE ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY, SYSTEMIC ARTS EDUCATION SO THAT ALL MARYLAND PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS CAN LEARN IN AND ACHIEVE THROUGH DANCE, MEDIA ARTS, MUSIC, THEATRE AND VISUAL ARTS.
