The Program Assistant reports to the Program Officer responsible for coordination of Maryland History Day, Chautauqua, and Veterans programs. The position provides support and assistance to ensure effective and successful programs directed by the Program Officer. Duties include managing databases of participants, making arrangement for program events, helping with outreach, researching potential program themes, designing promotional materials, managing participant surveys, and handling various types of correspondence.
