The Director of Development leads and oversees all aspects of the fundraising process at Everyman Theatre. This position is a vital member of the senior staff and is responsible for raising roughly half of the Theatre’s annual operating budget from individual, foundation, government and corporate sources to support the Theatre’s acclaimed productions, education programming and community engagement initiatives.

The Development Director serves as a key liaison between board, staff, and donors, and must coalesce the fundraising strategies necessary to implement leadership’s vision.
