Box Office Manager:
Manage patron relations, process ticket orders: use ticketing software to process all ticket orders –single tickets and subscriptions; maintain patron database. Process phone and snail mail orders.
Answer patron inquiries by email and phone; monitor voicemail messages; return and track calls in a timely manner especially during concert week.
Track and report on ticket sales; monitor inventory.
