On May 19-21, the not-yet-open African American History Museum on the mall is hosting a conference on "The Future of the African American Past."  To encourage students to go, the department will pay the following expenses for any History Major or Minor or Grad student: Marc tickets, metro, and contribution to lunch.  If interested, register for the conference , and email Ms. Ison with your confirmation by April 15!
