The Baltimore Rock Opera Society’s Volunteer Director upholds the values of passion and community that are central to the BROS’ Mission and Vision. The Volunteer Director ensures that each and every BROS volunteer is a cultural fit for the organization, effectively engaged, conducts themselves in a manner consistent with the organization’s values and has a positive experience with BROS in accordance with BROS’ values.
