Academia and Industry- avenues after PhD
Hi everyone,

MSGSA invites you to a virtual event titled 'Academia and Industry- avenues after PhD'. The event will be hosted this Wednesday 9th March from 11 am to 12 pm on Google meet. We will discuss the different opportunities one might have after obtaining the 'doctor' tag and how to prepare for those while keeping up with the responsibilities of the PhD life. To have some insights in this topic we will have three recent graduates from our department as panelists in this event. We will have Mark Ramos (Postdoctoral fellow at NIH) and Qing Ji (Statistician at P&G) from Statistics and Maria Deliyianni from Mathematics as panelists. In the first half of the event, the panelists will share their journey and the second half will be a Q&A session. This is the google meet link for the event. See you all there.
