Assalamu Alaikum!
Prepare for IAW, Day 4! Tomorrow's event will be special and a little different, so here's a quick update!
"ISLAM IN AMERICA" from 6-9PM in Commons Skylight! Join us in for an interactive discussion. We will explore how to find the balance between "Muslim-ness" and "American-ness" in order to come into terms with our true identity as Muslim Americans.
Our special guest speakers include Shaykh Yaseen, Resident Scholar at the Islamic Society of Baltimore, as well as Brother Haris Qudsi, a former MSA Vice President and current student at the Al-Rahmah Seminary. In addition, Helping Hand USA will be on site and will present an internship program.
There will be a Q/A session as well.
As the end of the semester is fast approaching, this will be one of our last major events --so we highly encourage you to attend and benefit from this discussion in sha Allah!
We will have Outdoor Dhuhr Prayer once again tomorrow, right outside the IFC! Congregation is at 1:30pm iA.
The Biweekly Halaqa, led by Br. Haris Qudsi, will also be held tomorrow from 2:30-3:30PM in the IFC. This is open to both brothers and sisters.
