Also, TOMORROW (10/3/14) is the Day of 'Arafah, so please do your best to fast on this day in sha Allah. It will be the 9th day of Dhul Hijjah, and this is the day when the pilgrims (performing Hajj) stand in worship on the mountain of 'Arafah. The fact that it falls on a Friday makes it even more special!
When Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was asked about fasting on the Day of ‘Arafah, he said, “It expiates for the sins of the previous year and of the coming year.” [Narrated by Muslim].

Second Jummah Salah (2:15PM @ IFC) - The Second Khutbah is shorter and is specifically for those with 1PM classes. We request that you please attend the Main Jummah Prayer if you are free at that time
ABSOLUTE LAST DAY to drop-off Eid donations for Muslimat Al-Nissa.
