Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: "The believers, in their love, mutual kindness, and close ties, are like one body; when any part complains, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever."
One Ummah..let us not divide ourselves based on any of our differences!
The Prophet (SAW)’s society showed mutual support, cooperation, and unity in consoling, honoring, and respecting those with special needs. The actions of our merciful Prophet (SAW) teach us that we should give extra love and support to the disabled.
Join us TOMORROW Tuesday, April 1st, in sha Allah from 11am-2pm in Commons (either Main Street or Breezeway - stay tuned for updates) as we make "Kards 4 Kids," as a way to comfort children facing different hardships in life. All of the cards we make will be sent overseas to disabled orphan children. And if you haven't heard already, the April 4th Divine Mercy event is a fundraiser to support these same children and help with their rehabilitation. So if you haven't gotten your ticket it is definitely time to click this ---> https://www.hhrd.org/TicketDivineMercyMD.aspx
Also, TOMORROW evening, from 6-8pm, head on over to Commons Skylight for "Team Titans: Building Blocks for a Strong Foundation." This will be an interactive session on team building, its importance, and how we can strengthen our bonds as we all hold on to the rope of Allah! In sha Allah this event will be tag-teamed by two of our very own MSA cabinet members - Saad Malik & Ahmed Mahmood, SO YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS OUT!
