Spring 2019 Withdraw Approval Requests Get Scholarship Approval before Withdrawing from Classes
The last day to drop classes without a "W" grade on your academic transcript was Friday, February 8, 2019.  Therefore, moving forward, any withdraws to course load will result in a "W" grade if you choose to withdrawal from a course(s).

As indicated in students' scholarship agreement, all scholars must maintain 12+ credits (at least 6 credits for transfers) enrollment each semester in order to receive their scholarship. If a scholar falls below their required enrollment status for any reason without receiving approval from the Scholarship Review Committee, their scholarship will be discontinued indefinitely.

Prior to making any changes to their enrollment, scholars should request prior approval to withdraw from class(es) by submitting the Scholarship Withdrawal Request Form.  Failure to gain approval may result in scholarship discontinuation indefinitely.
