Quality Improvement Specialist
AHCA is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist with a commitment to improving lives by delivering solutions for quality care. The person in this role will support the advancement of quality among AHCA member centers through research, development and dissemination of supporting material, tools strategies and programs undertaken by the Quality department. This position serves as the primary support for programs and activities in the Quality, Regulatory and Research Department.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred, 1-3 years office experience preferred, interest in healthcare and/or long term care. 10-25% Travel.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Strong research, writing and analytic skills in addition to organizational skills and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to demonstrate customer service experience.
* Attention to details, productivity, meeting deadlines. Must be self-directed.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.
* Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
