Erikson Living will be converting 100% of its residents to wireless WiFi connections for phone and internet use. They have 17 locations in 10 states. The initial project is to work on 3 sites: Pikesville, Catonsville and Silver Spring in 2014. Other sites in Q1/Q2 - 2015 include 2 sites in New Jersey and 1 site in Boston. The projects will occur concurrently (3 at a time).
An estimated 6000 conversions to take place in 2014, of which 1500 have already occurred. Erikson has hired 15 network administrators in each community to perform the actual conversion in each resident’s home. These network administrators have been provided by TekSystems (which is also owned by the same parent company as Erickson Living).
Erickson needs Think Systems to provide one Program Manager to oversee the teams of Project Managers who will work directly with these hands-on administrators who will be providing the conversion-services directly to the residents’ domiciles there. The Project Managers (potentially U of M Gerontology students) will have constant and consistent contact with these residents, with an overall goal of 100% conversions to the new “Erickson Connect” platform while earning “superlative” customer service ratings by the residents after they have received the services provided to them by this team.
Project Timeline:
· Estimated kick-off date is July 10, 2014 ending by November 17, 2014 (must end 1 week before Thanksgiving)

The Project Management teams can work part-time or full-time, on single or multiple implementations. We are open to many options. The overall driving goal for this entire project is to have extremely satisfied residents…
