I'm once again looking for some really good staff people to hire, and

Currently, I'm looking to hire folks for 4 different positions:
1) Site Coordinator (20 hours a week, 9:30-1:30, in Columbia,
Howard County) to oversee the distribution of meals to homebound elderly
and disabled community members (while ensuring cleanliness & food
safety, and maintaining the site), oversee our wonderful volunteers, and
help us identify clients who need additional services. The successful
candidate must have: Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to
interact well with elderly and disabled adults; the ability to interact
well with volunteers; the ability to speak, read and write English
fluently (fluency in additional languages a plus); the ability to
maintain accurate records; the ability to stand for extended periods and
lift (up to 40 lbs.) while working; a H.S. diploma; a valid driver's
license (with no more than 2 points) and access to a dependable personal
vehicle; the ability to pass criminal background check and drug
screening; plus some knowledge of food handling/sanitation/safety with
the willingness to obtain ServSafe Certification.
2) Substitute Site Coordinators to fill in for individuals on a
short term or long term basis on an as-needed basis. (Hours vary
according to organizational need. When needed, hours are 9:30 - 1:30 or
8:30-1:30.) Locations throughout central Maryland. See site

3) Substitute Client Liaisons to fill in for individuals on a short
term or long term basis on an as-needed basis. (When needed, hours are
8:30 - 4:30. Locations throughout central Maryland.) Client liaisons
conduct intakes, assess needs and connect clients to critical resources,
and work with staff and volunteers to ensure homebound clients receive
the meals and additional services they need. Heavy phone work with
clients, extensive electronic and paper documentation, increasing
knowledge of community resources to assist clients. The successful
candidate must have: Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to
interact well with elderly and disabled community members; excellent
computer skills (familiarity with databases a plus); excellent
organizational skills with strong attention to detail; ability to
maintain accurate electronic and paper documentation; a H.S. diploma
(some college a plus); ability to speak, read and write English fluently
(fluency in additional languages a plus); the ability to stand and lift
(up to 40 lbs.) while working; a current driver’s license and access to
a personal vehicle; the ability to pass criminal background check and
drug screening.
4) Substitute Case Manager to fill in for individuals on a short
term or long term basis. When needed, hours are 8:30 - 4:30. (Some
flexibility possible) Case managers visit homebound clients at their
homes (located throughout central Maryland), evaluate needs, create
isolation reduction plans, locate and connect clients to critical
resources, work with families, document their work electronically and in
hard copy, and work as a team with other staff to ensure that clients
are able to age in place with dignity. The successful candidate must
have: Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interact well with
elderly and disabled community members; strong computer skills
(familiarity with databases a plus); excellent organizational skills
with strong attention to detail; ability to maintain accurate electronic
and paper documentation; the ability to speak, read and write English
fluently (fluency in additional languages a plus); knowledge of
community resources, college degree in a human services field and/or
relevant paid or volunteer work experience, a current driver's license
and access to a personal vehicle; and the ability to pass criminal
background check and drug screening.
