Come to URCAD this Wednesday to see Stephanie Castner's dance, Touched, which was presented in the fall 2014 First Works Dance Showcase.

"Through the creation of my piece, Touched, I was able to explore how to abandon traditional, stylistic conformity and integrate technique, partnering, and choreographic elements of both modern and jazz dance." - Stephanie Castner

Dominick DiMercurio will be presenting his research on Drosophila melanogaster to identify highly conserved genes important in cell migration. His presentation will be held in UC 310 at 2:15 p.m.

Kelsey Donnellan will be presenting her research at URCAD this year! She conducted a study with four different groups that either had contact with The Garden or did not and either received a nutrition guide or did not.

Come to URCAD to see new ways to collect and measure data! Research by Kit Kearney, Andrew Comer, Marcus Flores, Lewis Gould, and Daniel Zuckerbrod will be presented Wednesday, April 22 at the University Center Ballroom from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

This research project developed a universal device with the ability to collect a broad range of sensory input while simplifying operation, optimizing portability, and expanding file format compatibility.

Come to URCAD April 22 to see how UMBC student James Loy has produced a computer interface to control the instruments of a microscopy unit for general optical research of single nanoparticles.

His poster presentation "Computer Interface for Optical Studies of Single Nanoparticles" will be in the Ballroom from 10am - 12 pm. Come check it out!
