I'll start:
The Corki gatling gun change is a buff, and was definitely needed, as corki has fallen off as far as carries go.
Kog'maw and orianna changes were stupid and unnecessary.
Shaco changes accomplished nothing. Shaco still isn't viable.
Talon changes unnecessary.
Skarner: TBD. Didn't see him played enough to judge.
Gunblade: WTF RIOT!? Akali was not overpowered, and hasn't changed in the past 6+ months. If you thought akali was overpowered, nerf akali, not gunblade. The changes to gunblade were extremely severe, and imo completely annihilated the item's viability.
I will be purchasing Graves and beginning to practice him asap, as he is the newest addition to the Ranged AD arsenal.
