FIRST MEETING DATE!!

The poll showed Friday with the most votes so our first meeting will be most likely be next Friday, September 9th. Will this work for everyone? Does 7 pm-10 pm or 8 pm -10 pm sound better? Last but not least, does anyone have a meeting place with a working AC and lots of tables/chairs/outlets?
WE NEED 2 PEOPLE TO BRING A SURGE PROTECTOR TO SHARE THE OUTLETS I'll be bringing one myself, once we figure out a good place to meet (Once again, we need a place to meet or the club can't meet till we get official status which could take a while).
So to recap: Friday Sept. 9th, Unknown meeting place, 7-10 or 8-10, and 2 surge protectors. Everyone fine with this? Don't forget to answer all the questions!
