We are seeking current juniors, seniors, and graduate students who are academically strong. The fellowship will pay a stipend of $2,000.
The Fellowship Has 4 main Components:

- [Exploration] Fellows will attend an orientation and seminars to strengthen their understanding of working across sectors
- [Exposure] Fellows will attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities to connect with Baltimore’s leaders
- [Practice] Fellows will work together in groups to put their knowledge and skills into practice, exploring sector engagement to address a Baltimore issue and culminating in a presentation to stakeholders
Applications are due on 12/21 and students will be notified by 1/8. Once accepted, students are expected to attend an orientation on 1/27 from 4pm-8pm at UMBC. Fellows must complete the internship requirement of 120 hours within the semester in addition to attending a few seminars and events throughout the semester.
