<Title>Addressing Graduate Students&#8217; Feelings of Stress</Title>

    <div class="html-content"><div>This Friday, <a href="http://psychology.umbc.edu/people/corefaculty/deluty/" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">Dr. Robert Deluty (UMBC’s Associate Dean of the Graduate School, Associate Professor of Psychology)</a> will talk with graduate students about stress. This is an important seminar that is back by popular demand. Each year, following the seminar, students have said that their stress was reduced, that they felt that anxiety had been reduced, and that they were given encouragement to continue to press forward.</div>

<Title>TODAY: National Call Congress Day</Title>

    <div class="html-content">At the December GSA Senate meeting, the GSA discussed one of their current initiatives<a href="http://my.umbc.edu/groups/gsa/events/21382" rel="nofollow external" class="bo"> #GradsHaveDebt2 National Call Congress Day</a>.
     The initiative is nation wide and serves to raise awareness of the 
    inequality in student loans between undergraduate and graduate students.
     The National Call Congress Day will take place <span><span>tomorrow</span></span>, <strong>December 4th</strong> from <strong><span><span>11:00am to 5:00pm</span></span></strong> in the <strong>Commons 308</strong>. There will be two session: Session #1 (<span><span>11:00am-2:00pm</span></span>) &amp; Sesion #2 (<span><span>3:00pm-5:00pm</span></span>). GSA will provide a script and pizza. You only have to commit to one call, which will take about 5 minutes. </div>

Inte'a is a doctoral student in UMBC's Language, Literacy and Culture program. She serves as a graduate research assistant  and a Graduate Student Association Senator. Previously Inte'a was Director of Forensics at Morgan State University.<br><br>The Student Regent is the sole student member of the <a href="http://www.usmd.edu/regents/" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">University System of Maryland Board of Regents</a>, which governs a state public higher education system that includes the UMBC, the University of Maryland College Park, Towson University and 9 other institutions, along with two regional higher education centers.     (NAGPS) National Conference in </span>Kalamazoo, Michigan this weekend. All

    should <strong>take advantage of membership
    benefits</strong>. </p><p><span>The November <strong>GSA Social Hour </strong>will be in
