Dr. King left us a radical vision. Join IPS and a community of scholars and activists to reclaim this vision, our history and our future, part of the Institute for Policy Studies's Liberation in Action 2017 Black History Month series!
In 1967, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said that “the problems of racial injustice and economic injustice cannot be solved without a radical redistribution of political and economic power.” Join us to look deeper into this often overlooked advocacy by Dr. King on these ideas and their relevance today, an interactive dialogue with a community of scholars and activists to reclaim the radicalism of Dr. King and reclaim our future.
