Take a few minutes out of your day on Study Day to Relax and Refuel your
body and mind in a quiet and calm environment. The Library Gallery will
be open to students as a relaxation space on Study Day (Wed, Dec. 9th)
from 2-7pm. Resources and activities include:
- coloring
- sand art
- puzzles
- stress ball making
- biofeedback games
- meditation cushions
- massage chair

and much more... all things you can do in a quiet space to help take
your mind off of studying just for a few minutes and bring your stress
levels back down :-)
Plus, FREE hot tea and hot cocoa, and free healthy snacks to give you a natural and healthy boost of energy.
This event is being put on with support from the Albin O. Kuhn Library, The Counseling Center and University Health Services.
