I am a social person but I can be quiet and leave you alone if that's preferred. I cannot live with people who party and get drunk on the weekends. I have nothing against it but I am currently very focused in school and am trying to have good sleep every night. I am usually out in the morning and come back around 11:00 PM. I have a meal plan and wont be cooking much. I am disciplined when it comes to cleaning the bathroom and kitchen and more flexible with the other areas.

If interested please provide me with the rent price and if it includes the utilities or not, the full address, how many minutes walk from bus shuttle (what bus shuttle line it is) how many minutes walk from campus, how many people live in the place, how many bathrooms  and what lifestyle the housemates have. I would appreciate if you provide me with pictures as well. I am also available to Skype with you.
