I am renting out my room for short term. The lease of the apartment expires on December 31st and I will NOT renew it. So, the room is available for October, November and December.

3. You will be living in the private bedroom which is 12.4' X 11'. It has one window and the room is always sunny.
4. There is a closet in the bedroom.
5. You will be sharing the apartment with another male UMBC student who is living in the living room.
6. The kitchen comes with a fridge and stove. You will also share a rice cooker, a microwave oven, a grill oven, and a coffee maker with the other tenant.
7. There will also be a shelf in the kitchen to keep your stuffs along with the built-in cabinets.
8. The bathroom is shared.
9. It is on the ground floor.
10. There is no pet.
11. Smoke and drug free.
12. Less than five minutes walking distance from Mars (grocery), RiteAid (pharmacy) and UMBC shuttle stop at Courtney Road.
13. Free street side parking.

Terms:
Rent: $450 per month (heat, gas, water, electricity, internet included).
Security deposit: One months rent in advance. It will be balanced out with the rent of the last month of your stay.
Pet: No pet (sorry).
