I have 2 bedrooms for rent in a single family house. House is in a very nice quite neighborhood and about 8 miles from UMBC. It is to a walking distance to light rail and close to BWI airport.
I also have 2 rooms in the basement for rent. You will have your own private entrance and free parking.
Upstairs Bedroom Rent is $600.00 (includes utilities: electricity, internet and water).
Basement Bedroom Rent is $550.00 (includes utilities: electricity, internet and water).
You can do semester to semester lease or yearly lease. I am OK with either.
