The annual enrollment for USM MetLife Optional Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance begins today, March 1 and will run until March 15.  Employees that already participate in one or both benefits, the current coverage will continue, with no action required.

During this year's Annual Enrollment, eligible employees* may either enroll for the first time, increase or cancel their coverage. Elections made during this enrollment period will be effective April 1, 2023, or the first of the month following MetLife's approval of the request.

To take action, visit metlife.com/USMD and click the Enroll/View coverage button at the top of the page. 

Login Information:

• Employee ID= your W Number (no dashes or spaces).  Click here for instructions on how to locate your user ID/W-number.  
• Initial PIN/password= the last four numbers of your W number plus your four-digit birth year
• Note, if you logged in during the past year, all passwords have been reset to the above configuration for this Annual Enrollment.
