Caroline Larkin '18, Bioinformatics and Computational Biology major, was named researcher of the week in October for her research on heterogeneous cancer phenotypes. She conducts her research in Dr. Daniel Lobo’s lab on-campus. Specifically, Caroline has developed a computational framework that infers models that can be used to help understand sub-clonal tumor growth and what kind of medical intervention will be most effective in a patient’s treatment.
Caroline is an Undergraudate Research Award winner, a Meyerhoff Scholar, and a member of the Honors College.
