The USMSC (as they are appointed by the incoming executive board) are happy to announce openings for the Board of Director positions of:

  1. Director of Communications and Marketing
  2. Director of Governmental Relations
  3. Director of Student Affairs
  4. Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

 

We hope you will consider one of these positions yourself and share these opportunities with your student government officers and the student community at your institution. Officers’ duties and election processes begin on page 4 (Section III) of the USMSC Bylaws.

 

Those interested in elected or appointed positions should complete the USMSC Officer Nomination Form by Monday, April 29th. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor, but expressing interest in advance via the nomination form gives the representatives more time and information about you.

Research participants are needed for a 5 to 10-minute anonymous survey on food access at UMBC. 


After completion of the survey, participants can enter a raffle to win $25 in UMBC bookstore credits. Results will be shared with the UMBC administration and Retriever Essentials to improve the campus resources.
