A new program at UMBC focusing on higher education overseas

Dr. Sabine O'Hara, formerly of the Fulbright Program will come to UMBC to discuss a new program for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and professors called "Professors Beyond Borders (PBB)." UMBC is a new member of this organization. The PBB program will be part of the PROF-it (Professors-in-Training) seminar series. Lunch will be served at this seminar.
