10 SECOND MOTION CHALLENGE 2013

**Part of ARTWEEK 2013**
Submit a 10-second video/animation (theme: Sci-Fi Monster Movie, think about "Swamp-Thing", "Godzilla", "The Blob", etc!) and win prizes!
Any type of time-based media is accepted, whether it's straight video, stop motion, 2D or even 3D animation. So long as it is related to this year's theme, is exactly 10-seconds in duration and can be submitted to us as a Quicktime file, we'll accept it! Anyone can apply, you need not be a Visual Arts student (but you do need to be either currently enrolled at UMBC or an alumnus).
Please submit a Quicktime file (at least 1280x720 HD) to commonvision (located on the third floor of The Commons) by 5pm on April 5th to be considered. The screening event and judging will take place on Main Street in The Commons at 7pm on April 8th. *If you win, you must be in attendance during the event to receive your prize!*
