I will graduate in December and I will leave the state after the graduation. So, I am looking for a female student to sublease my room starting from January 15, 2016 to May. The condo located in ELkridge, MD. One furnished and one unfurnished in a 2 bedroom, one bath condo. Location is minutes from UMBC, Arundel Mills, and BWI. Clean and newly painted. Full kitchen and washer/dryer available. Each room is $590 a month, includes utilities and wifi. The unfinished room is the one that I want to sublease. The condo is Cozy and comfortable with fireplace in living room, small swimming pool open in summer, and small fitness room. Walking distance from nice local library. Supermarket, drugstore, restaurants, gas stations, and fast food all within a quarter mile. Amtrak and MARC train stations are nearby. Light rail station and train station located at airport. Easy access to I-95, 295, 100, 195, and 895. 15 minutes from downtown Baltimore, 30 minutes from Washington DC by car. Trains run to DC weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

It is going to be available as early as February 1st. The current roommate is a UMBC student. The apartment has utilities including internet, heating and cooling system and a full kitchen(almost anything you may need). The laundry is shared in the building.
Rent will be $488/mo without utilities, and $550 can cover everything (BGE is really low).

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the same building (and in case in the neighbor buildings). You can also count on a beautiful balcony. 
Very convenient for UMBC students since the shuttle stop is half a minute away (you can literally see the stop from the window). MTA Route 23 bus to Downtown Baltimore stops right on the corner as well. 
Very quiet and safe area. 15-minute walk to Safeway, Shoppers, Sam's Club, CVS, Burger King, McDonald's, Chick-Fil-A, and more. 15-minute walk to Downtown Catonsville, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as a farmer's market. Conveniently located 1 minute away from Royal Farms.

Hey everyone, 

I will graduate in December and I will leave the state after the graduation. So, I am looking for a female student to sublease my room starting from January 15, 2016 to May. The condo located in ELkridge, MD. One furnished and one unfurnished in a 2 bedroom, one bath condo. Location is minutes from UMBC, Arundel Mills, and BWI. Clean and newly painted. Full kitchen and washer/dryer available. Each room is $590 a month, includes utilities and wifi. The unfinished room is the one that I want to sublease. The condo is Cozy and comfortable with fireplace in living room, small swimming pool open in summer, and small fitness room. Walking distance from nice local library. Supermarket, drugstore, restaurants, gas stations, and fast food all within a quarter mile. Amtrak and MARC train stations are nearby. Light rail station and train station located at airport. Easy access to I-95, 295, 100, 195, and 895. 15 minutes from downtown Baltimore, 30 minutes from Washington DC by car. Trains run to DC weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
