I am a graduate student looking for a female roommate in a two bed two bath apartment in Catonsville, from Mid-march. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. There is a washer/dryer unit present in the apartment itself. The living room and kitchen area is fully furnished. The apartment also has an Intercom security system. The apartment is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The rent is $550 -$575 including all utilities (cable/internet/BGE/water). Plenty of parking spaces are available as well. The apartment is on the 'Catonsville Line' for UMBC shuttle. Grocery store & Pharmacy are within walking distance. (Shoppers and CVS). 8 min drive to UMBC, 15-20 minutes drive to downtown. 5 minutes drive to Patel Brothers. There is a direct bus to downtown as well.

I have a nice spacious one bedroom apartment and I wanted someone to take over my lease since I have got a job in another area.The rent for the apartment is $815 and the BGE bill is around $20 to $25.
It is located at Edmondson Ave and Harlem Rd, in walking distance of less than a minute to UMBC shuttle. (Where the Cedar Run apartments are)
It is worth mentioning that there is no mouse in the house :)

Hello, we are looking for someone to share the master room in our townhouse (4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathroom). The house is located on the Arbutus shuttle route for UMBC, very close to Giant, Mars I-695, 35 bus route. 15 mins to Arundel mills mall and 20 mins to Columbia mall. Tentative move in date is immediate / February 1, 2016. The house is shared with four other UMBC students. We are all very easy going. We wouldn't mind parties with a heads up (We have a few once in a while). We would prefer someone who cleans after themselves. Rent is $325 plus shared utilities (split among everyone equally). And a deposit of $325. Pet friendly and open parking available. Pics available on request. Put subject as "roommate", so that it does not go to the spam folder
