Spacious private room available for rent in a great and safe neighborhood (Catonsville close from the intersection between Bloomsbury and Bloomingdale). The house is located only 5 minutes away in car from UMBC campus and only 1 block away from the UMBC Catonsville Shuttle line. The house spaces and furniture are shared with two mature and responsible roommates. The house has 3 bedrooms – 2 full bathrooms, laundry service (washer and dryer), full kitchen, central air conditioning, gas-based heating, backyard, parking, easy access to public transportation (bus stop only 1 block away).
Rent: $434 per month plus one-month security deposit paid at the signing of lease.
Utilities: All the utilities are divided equally in 3 ways. BGE monthly bill varies depending on the season (I have not paid more than $80 after cold winters). Water is included. Internet bill is $60.
