Welcome back! I hope everyone is having a good semester. A lot of exciting things are in store for Global Brigades—especially our Telebrigade this Spring break! Here are some updates for you all:

1. There has been a vacancy in our e-board. We are now looking for a new treasurer! A treasurer is in charge of managing funds in our student account for events. 2. We have an upcoming fundraiser: next Wednesday on February 14th, we will be selling roses in front of the Commons bookstore to raise money for our Telebrigade! Be sure to come out and support us- (If you are interested in helping us out, send me a private message on GroupMe!)

3. To prepare for our upcoming Telebrigade, our program associate Ana (a higher-up with Global Brigades) will be having a meeting with us. The date is TBD. But be on the lookout for that as well!

I hope everyone is still running strong this semester. I wanted to let everyone know that there will be no meeting tomorrow. I initially planned to have a meeting with our program associate, but he has not gotten back to me! We will reschedule our information session for another time.

We are still planning to have our collaborative meeting with Hearts for Homeless on Monday, November 20th! There will be a training session on how to take blood pressure and we will be making Thanksgiving Cards for the Homeless! Snacks and drinks will be provided.
