Group Lift Session

UMBC weightlifting club weekly meet, whether you're doing powerlifting, bodybuilding or calisthenics. We want to foster a community where we can push each other further through our minds and our bodies. We believe that lifting can be a healthy outlets for when the school-work becomes demanding. A healthy community will drive it forward.
