Hey everyone, join the Lifting club for our Friday group lifts in the RAC weight room! We will be giving out free Gatorades, protein shakes, and waters to members in the club, and people who join the club! Do you need motivation to workout? Do you want advice or want to ask questions about an exercise? Join us from 12:30-2:30pm every Friday!
